I've been so busy with work -- and writing! yay! -- that I forgot to post about the Burlington County Book Fair ahead of time.

Nonetheless, on April 5, 2025, we had a nice turnout at the main branch of the Burlington County Library in Westampton, NJ and sold some copies of "Heart of Stone" to a lot of enthusiastic readers. I also got to see some old friends, and made a few new ones, including among my fellow authors (whose books look fantastic).

Probably the highlight of the day was the number of people who posed for selfies with the "Medusa Crown" which was great fun. One little girl took off with it and we weren't even sure if she was coming back. But a fair share of adults also took the time to get their "Kyra look" on... 😎

On the writing front, I'm pleased to report that the sequel to "Heart of Stone" is motoring along -- I'd put it on the back burner for months while I worked on another novel (itself still in progress) -- with a solid 15,000 words written since late February. I'm still mulling over the title; right now, I'm favoring "The Serpent Sisters" or "Sisters of Stone" (hint intended) but that's all subject to change.

It's been great fun creating a new cast of characters for Kyra to deal with, as she has her first big adventure in Greece, her native homeland. I can't wait to share it when it's done!

As always, my thanks to everyone for their support and encouragement. Go, Team Kyra!

Onward!
